Immerse yourself in nature this Spring and join me for a 2 hour yoga and qigong workshop in our own private outdoor retreat area nestled in 60 acres of woodland and lakes at Buzzards valley, near Tamworth.
You’ll enjoy meditation and mindful movement practices designed to help us deepen our sense of connection to the natural world around us. And afterwards there’ll be time for a chat over hot drinks and a snack.
The date is Sunday 25 May, 10am to 12 noon and the cost is £25.
