Schedule:
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Gentle Yoga Flow
✦ A calming, all-level yoga session to stretch, relax, and center.
✦ Bring your yoga mat (extra mats available).
✦ Free or donation-based class.

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Community Potluck
✦ Share a dish and connect with like-minded individuals in a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.
