Yoga & Pilates after Dark

Experience yoga and pilates like never before as you flow to your favorite music videos on the big screen. This immersive class blends movement, rhythm, stretch, core work, and relaxation.

Each session includes a wine ticket to help you unwind & complimentary juice, so have fun, and connect with the vibe. Whether you’re new or already in your flow, this class invites you to embrace your body, feel the music, and move freely in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.

The atmosphere is fun, grown & sexy, and soulful — the perfect way to end your week.

7PM – 7:15PM: Doors open, grab your spot, and enjoy your wine ticket.

7:15PM – 8:15PM: Class begins — move through a mix of yoga stretches, pilates-inspired core work, and sensual flow. Enjoy a cold lavender oil towel.

8:15PM – 8:30PM: Relax, mingle, join group poses, and snap some pictures. Mat Reminder: We have limited mats available for use.
