Yoga & Mindful Birding!

Join us at MB Johnson Park for a peaceful morning that combines the yoga asana (movement) and pranayama (breathing) with the mindful birding. We will meet at MB Johnson Park and begin with a gentle asana class, then Amanda Booher of Audubon Great Plains will guide a mindful birding experience. We will walk as a group to a spot where we can sit and from there Amanda will guide us through a meditative experience where we mindfully observe the nature around us.

This is a great way to start the weekend and included in the ticket price is a t-shirt and water bottle from Audubon Great Plains.
