Yoga & Meditation Practice for Kids!

Join us for a playful and interactive kids yoga session with Little Hands Yoga! Kids aged 5-12, but all are welcome!

This fun yoga adventure will include poses designed to engage young minds and bodies. Our experienced instructors will guide children through age-appropriate activities that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Parents are welcome to participate alongside their little ones or relax and watch as their children discover the joys of yoga.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and comfortable clothes, and get ready for an hour of movement and mindfulness with the Little Hands Yoga team. Let's stretch, breathe, and explore together in this special session tailored just for kids! If you don't have a yoga mat, no problem - I have extras!
