Starting June 17, we're bringing Hatha Yoga and Guided Meditation to af Chapman — one of Stockholm's most famous sailing ships, at Skeppsholmen.
The practice opens with Hatha Yoga led by Sabrina — structured around the moon, sun, and fire principles, working with the energetic channels of the body. Each session is designed to create specific effects on the physical, mental, and emotional body. Not just movement — but a way to connect deeper within.
What follows is a guided meditation with Rebecca. You'll be led through a practice designed to settle the nervous system, quiet mental activity, and bring you into a more grounded, present state — working directly with breath, body, and awareness. A meditation that expands your heart, fills you with light, and grounds you back to earth.
Facilitators
Rebecca Facey is a holistic therapist who has supported hundreds of individuals and groups through some of the most demanding dimensions of inner change. She is also the founder and creator of The Core Method. A precise protocol that helps you regulate your emotions, build self-awareness, and operate from a state of clarity and intentionality.
Sabrina Bensland is a certified Hatha yoga teacher with a background in dentistry and functional medicine — bringing both somatic grounding and clinical precision to the practice. She is currently completing her training in Compassionate Inquiry.
The first class on June 17, 08:00 is donation-based. Continuing Sunday classes are 200 SEK/class. More details on dates and times to follow via thecoremethod.se website and thecoremethod.official, Instagram.
Please bring your own yoga mat and, if possible, something soft to sit on (meditation cushion). If you do not have a yoga mat or cushion, please contact us in advance.
