Start your morning with a mindful and rejuvenating experience! This one-hour session is designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, and energize your body for the day.

• First 15 minutes: Enjoy matcha meditation. You’ll prepare your own matcha in a traditional way, sip mindfully, and experience a calming mini meditation to center your mind and senses.
• Next 45 minutes: Flow into a gentle yet invigorating yoga session with Suvdaa, guiding you through poses that awaken your body, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner calm.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this intimate class is perfect for anyone looking to combine Japanese tea culture with mindful movement.
