Join Clare and musician Aaron Clement for an immersive evening of movement, rhythm, and sound. This unique collaboration blends yoga-inspired flow with Aaron’s powerful live music, creating a space where breath, body, and beat come together in pure expression.
Aaron’s music weaves a tapestry of cultures and sounds, featuring the handpan, didgeridoo, bansuri flute, and more. Each instrument invites you deeper into presence—guiding your body to move, release, and expand.
Clare will lead you through a fluid sequence that gently builds into dynamic, freeform movement, encouraging you to shake off old layers, express yourself fully, and reconnect with your natural vitality. The evening will close with a grounding sound bath and circle, leaving you both energised and deeply relaxed.
All are welcome—no yoga or dance experience required. Just bring your body, an open mind, and a love of music and movement.
