Join us for a weekend of mindful yoga and guided hiking on the island of Aegina — a place where sea, history, and nature blend into a slower, grounded rhythm.
We’ll explore scenic trails that pass through ancient olive trees and fragrant pistachio groves, opening to wide views of the sea. Each walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and attune to the quiet beauty of the island.
Daily yoga sessions complement our hikes, offering space to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect through conscious movement and breath. Open to all levels, the practices support balance, clarity, and presence.
Aegina’s light, simplicity, and timeless atmosphere create the perfect backdrop to move with intention and rest in nature’s embrace.
