I want to share this beautiful Island with you, by getting to share so many of my passions with, nature, yoga, hiking, fresh air, amazing food, and a glass of wine.

The main focus of this retreat is to ESCAPE into nature, allowing you to recharge, with healthy food, and two hikes exploring the flora and fauna of the beautiful Troodos Mountains. Plus, some pretty awesome yoga practices, Hatha Yoga, and Yoga Therapy.
A couple of special treats like a visit to a traditional taverna for a delicious vegetarian meze, a real taste of Cyprus, Plus a wine tasting and supper evening at Oenui Yi Winery.
This retreat is for those who want to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of Cyprus and the Troodos Mountains, whilst keeping active and relaxing the mind.
