Yoga & Goats

Join us at the farm for an easygoing, feel-good yoga flow where baby goats roam freely — offering unexpected assists, unsolicited feedback, and next-level shenanigans while you move and breathe.

This is a lighthearted, accessible class designed for joy, laughter, and connection. No prior yoga experience needed. Just bring your sense of humor and a willingness to go with the flow (and the goats).

Expect fresh air, farm vibes, and plenty of moments you’ll be talking about long after savasana.

If you fall out of a pose because a goat steals your mat… congratulations — you’re doing it right.

Good To Know:

• All levels welcome — no yoga experience required
• Goats will interact with participants (they are friendly, curious, and very involved)
• Expect laughter, movement, and occasional goat interruptions
• Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little farm-friendly
• Bring a yoga mat if you have one
• Spots are limited and events often sell out quickly

Weather Policy:

• This is an outdoor event and weather-dependent
• A weather call will be made by 8:00am the morning of the event
• If canceled due to weather, participants may choose a refund or a transfer to another date (if available)
