Join us for a heartwarming and fun afternoon of Yoga & Friends! 🧘♀️🐶
Enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga flow led by animal-loving instructor Oksana, while surrounded by adoptable furry friends from Winston’s Wishes and Texas Rescue Riders! These adorable pups will be mingling throughout the class—bringing joy, smiles, and maybe even a little downward dog pose inspiration. 🐕💛
"Nurture strength and presence in a slow, accessible flow. We’ll explore energy locks (badhas) and soft gaze (drishti) through each posture, moving with breath. Finish with deep stretching and a koshi chime guided savasana," ~Oksana
This event is $15 per spot and open to all levels of yoga experience. Spots are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Proceeds will be donated to Winston's Wishes and Texas Rescue Riders.
