Join me, Tash from Complete Yoga for a blissful half day of yoga and creativity at the stunning location of The Barn, in Margaret River which is located at 294 Bridgelands Road, Rosa Glen.
The day will start with a gentle yoga session to awaken the body and get our creative juices flowing.
After stopping for a scrumptious morning tea we will then spend some time with Sharon Williams creating a beautiful botanical work of art to take home at the end of the retreat.
All that creativity will have worked up an appetite and we will break again for a delicious and nourishing vegetarian lunch.
The day will then finish with a guided meditation session leaving you utterly relaxed and refreshed.
