This fun-filled monthly class is a kid favorite! Each 90-minute session invites children to explore yoga, mindfulness, and creativity through a playful new theme every month.Kids will enjoy a joyful mix of movement and hands-on art. Each class includes:
A themed craft to take home
Active yoga-based games and playful flows
Calming mindfulness or relaxation to wrap things up
