Yoga & Cold Water Dip - Fundraiser for Clydebank Musical Society

By popular demand, Yoga guru and cold water expert Eilidh is putting on an exclusive CMS contacts only dip as a fundraiser for CMS.

On Sunday 6th October at 5:30pm on banks of Loch Lomond Eilidh will guide us through a relaxing yoga, some breathwork, some chi gong then take us gently into the loch to our hips, as we bend and snap (or just bend our knees) so our shoulders are under the water and find incredible heat in the cold. Then afterwards, we sit round a fire and audition. No, sorry, I mean we sing songs, listen to music and eat snacks.
