The beach, the sunshine, the fresh air! Yoga & Coffee is a weekly summer pop-up class to enjoy it all, to move your body and to meet like-minded people. Practice on a rooftop terrace in one of the coolest places in the area: Sobo Beach and let's grab a coffee together after! We might also have a cheeky swim, who knows...

This session is a 45mins Silent Yoga UK Flow - a dynamic vinyasa based practice set to upbeat music, making it an exciting and energising experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is designed to open up your entire body and is suitable for all levels. Join us and you'll leave feeling invigorated, uplifted and so light. We are using super comfy silent disco headphones adjustable to fit all sizes and ages. Perfectly curated playlists and the crystal-clear teacher's voice are right there in your ears, with zero distractions from the outside world. It's just what you need to take your practice to the next level.

Please bring your yoga mat and let the teacher know before the class if you have any medical conditions or injuries. The class is weather permitted-if it's raining and we have to cancel we will roll your ticket to the next available date (plenty on this summer).
