🧘♀️Yoga & Cider is coming to you this summer with LJ YogaNature and Rose Hill Orchards in Lake Country, BC.📯This will be our first Yoga & Cider this season. Come with friends, or make some new ones!

👩🌾 When she confirms your spot, you can e-transfer your payment to [email protected] please include your full name in your e-transfer.
👍Drop-ins will be allowed for this first event,
but please have exact cash as there is not credit-cared payment,
or, e-transfer as soon as you arrive, and come early
🌼 Itinerary --
Yoga & Cider ! ☀️
👾10:10 am -- drop-ins Arrive at this time please,
🐑10:20 am -- Everyone Meet at picnic area, take attendance, use the bathroom, get your cider taster ticket from LJ !
🦋10:30 am -- walk together through the orchard to our grassy practice area
🪿10:45 am -- Slow Flow Yoga class w/ LJ for 50 min
🧚♀️LJ will guide us in an all-levels slow-flow Yoga class suitable for the beginner and the seasoned yogi with Lots of options.
🐴11:35 -- class ends,
take your time to walk back through the orchard, visit the animals, and get your 5oz cider taster at the market.
You will want to schedule at least 1.75 hours, or more, to fully enjoy this event!
👓📌Please bring your yoga mat, sunglasses, and or hat, water, snacks (outside food is allowed in the picnic area), and sunscreen. If you forget your yoga mat, don't panic as the grass will be nice to do yoga in barefoot too! Please leave pets at home. You can bring your yoga block too if you have one too.
