Weekend nourishment for mind and body!An uplifting yoga class immersed in nature, followed by a lovely brunch by Belton Coffee House.
The price includes;
• an hour yoga class in nature
• a drink (tea, coffee, iced coffee or soft drink)
• your brunch
There are 3 brunch options to choose from which you can see on the below link. Please add your brunch choice in the notes section of the booking form.

(if you need to dash off, you can always join the yoga class and take your brunch away with you instead! Please make a note on your booking if you'd like to do that)
