Yoga & Brunch

I know it might not feel like it but summer isn't officially over until the end of September and we are on a mission to squeeze every last drop out of it!

Join us for a morning that is all about giving you the opportunity to pause, focus on yourself and nourish your body & mind, whilst connecting with nature and other like mined yogis.

The yoga will be an energising flow suitable for all levels followed by a relaxing meditation and a balancing breath work. The Secret Garden will then treat us with a vegan brunch and a refreshing drink.

Take the morning just for you and leave feeling relaxed, re-charged and re-connected.
