Details:
Who: Teens & Adults. A great way to get your teen involved in yoga and spend quality time together! Bring family and friends or come on your own! Children must be accompanied by an adult. No prior yoga experience needed, but participants should be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor.
What to Bring: Your own mat (BYOM)
Cost: $25 per person (includes yoga and a $10 gift card)
Pre-registration and Payment is required.
Please Arrive: 5-10 minutes before class starts. Class is upstairs, unfortunately there is no elevator access.
