Yoga & Breathwork at Black Diamond Granary

Welcome to Yoga & Breathwork at Black Diamond Granary!

Join us on April 26th at 10:30 AM at the Black Diamond Store for a unique and grounding class.

This is for the climbers, skiers, hikers, and mountain people who love to push themselves… but also know the mental side can be just as challenging as the physical.

You can be strong and still have moments where your brain says:
“Am I holding everyone back?”
“Can I actually do this?”
“Why does this feel so hard right now?”

You’re not alone in that.

In this session, we’ll start with a grounding yoga flow to open up the body, release tension, and reconnect you to how you move. Then we’ll drop into guided breathwork designed to regulate your nervous system and release those limiting beliefs so you can stay calm, focused, and steady when things get uncomfortable.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected to your body, and more confident in your ability to handle whatever comes your way out there and in everyday life.

Suggested donations: $10-$20 but feel free to donate anything or nothing!

• Yoga mat
• Wear cozy clothes you can move and breathe in

• Blanket and eye covering for breathwork (optional)
