Soundbath Journey

Soundbath Journey is a guided sound bath designed to help participants settle the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and experience deep rest through vibration and tone.

In a world that often moves quickly and asks much of our attention, many of us rarely experience true stillness. Sound baths offer a gentle way to slow down—inviting the mind and body into a state of relaxation where stress can soften and awareness can deepen.

This gathering offers a calm and welcoming space to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself.

Led by Bonnie Abele of Rent Tent Co., the experience blends sound, vibration, and intentional breathing to create a soothing soundscape that supports relaxation and presence.

The experience unfolds in three parts:

Settle & Ground
Participants arrive, settle into the space, and take a few moments to connect with the breath and set an intention for the experience.

Sound Journey
Participants will lie down or sit comfortably as Bonnie guides the group through an immersive sound bath using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and voice. These layered tones create a meditative soundscape that invites deep relaxation.

Integration & Close
We’ll close with a few quiet moments to reconnect with the body and gently return from the experience before transitioning back into community.

This gathering is designed to feel restorative, grounding, and spacious, offering participants a simple but powerful opportunity to pause and reset.
