Welcome to Bowga! A Yoga Series provided by Somas Yoga, LLC. Join Somas Yoga and C&K Archery for an archery Vinyasa flow followed by recurve bow shooting.

Bring a mat. No bow required.

You do not have to have be an archer to register nor be familair with yoga. ALL yoga and archery levels are welcomed!

• Space is limited to 20 people
• Must be 18 years or older
• You must bring your own yoga mat (mats are not provided)
• Bows will be provided. You may also bring your own

The evening will begin with an archery flow yoga practice from 5-6 p.m. followed by recurve bow shooting.

When: Thursday, 6/11, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Yoga, 5-6 p.m.

Bows and Open Range: 6-7 p.m.

What: Vinyasa Archer Flow Yoga followed by Recurve bow shooting

Where: C&K Archery Shop and Range, Frisco, CO.

Who: 18+

COST: This a donation-based event. Cash or Zelle are payments are welcomed. Suggested minimum donation: $15, but not necessary.

What to bring:

BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)

You do not need to sign up to shoot. If you find that the space is full, you may still show at 6 p.m. to shoot recurve bows.

*All participants must sign a yoga and/or archery waiver.
