All-Levels yoga class held in the tasting room of Iron Duke Brewing located at 100 State St. Stockhouse 122 Ludlow, MA.

You will need a yoga mat. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Make sure to dress appropriately- we will be practicing in the brewery where temperatures may vary.
