Rooted in International Women’s Day energy, this class invites you to move with intention, reverence, and embodied power, celebrating resilience, compassion, and collective rising.
We’ll flow slowly and deliberately through grounding, hip-opening, and heart-centered postures inspired by archetypal goddess energy—warrior and nurturer, fire and water, devotion and liberation. Breath-led transitions, sensual yet steady movement, and spacious pauses encourage you to listen inward and move in a way that feels authentic to your body.
