Join us for an inspiring workshop designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This event combines the calming practice of yoga with the joy of creativity in a supportive community setting. Whether you’re seeking mindfulness, self-expression, or just a relaxing afternoon, this workshop has something for everyone!
What to Expect:
- Grounding Yoga Session (45 minutes): Start with gentle yoga to relax your body and clear your mind. This session will include breathwork, light stretching, and mindfulness to help you feel centered and ready to create.
- Creative Art Circle (1-1.5 hours): Tap into your creativity as you craft a custom bracelet reflecting your intentions or chakra alignment. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own creative projects if you prefer!
- Tea & Connection: Enjoy complimentary tea from our in-house tea bar as you connect with like-minded individuals.
Optional Kids’ Activity:
We understand that parents might want to join but need childcare. Julie has kindly offered an optional kids’ workshop for ages 5 and up during the event. Kids will engage in fun, creative activities for $10 per hour per child (max of 6 children).
