A day to step away from the everyday, reconnect with yourself and explore your creativity.
Join me and Possibility Yoga for a special day combining gentle yoga, intuitive abstract painting and a lovely two-course Sunday lunch.
I’ll be sharing my approach to abstract painting, exploring colour, texture and expression. No experience needed, just come along with an open mind and a willingness to have a go.

* One hour of guided yoga with Possibility Yoga
* A two-hour abstract painting workshop with me
* All painting materials and your own completed canvas to take home
