A group for women incorporating a little bit of yoga, meditation and art therapy. Starting with a chakra series, the first seven sessions will be based around balancing each individual chakra (energy centre) how to tell if they're blocked, what each is responsible for and how to unblock it to create wellness

Rebalance your energies to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind using a combination of simple, gentle yoga poses, breath work, meditation and creative activities. No experience necessary, everyone welcome.

Please ensure you wear comfortable suitable clothing. If you do not have a mat we can provide one.
