Yoga and Tea

This session will begin with 820 TEA Tasting that covers an introduction to the world of tea and the culture that surrounds it. Each participant will be guided through the proper preparation and will have the opportunity to enjoy tasting a selection of the finest teas from 820 Tea. Then ease into your evening with nourishing movement, deep breaths, and the warmth and softness of candlelight.

Beginners and more advanced practitioners all welcome, as options will be given to best tailor the asana to each person's level of practice. Each class will include a guided deep relaxation under the soft glow of candle-light to seal in the benefits of the asana.

After that purchase a cup of tea to sip an enjoy in our Zen Lounge after class. Spaces will be limited for this event!
