We are hosting a weekend Strength and Yoga health retreat in the picturesque English farm settings this October.
I am so proud of the program we pulled together as it is centred around mental and physical health and rooted in evidence-based science and education, without compromising on the spiritual element.
We really wanted to cover the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, so you’ll be able to enjoy yoga and mindfulness sessions, as well as strength sessions and nutrition sessions, plus voluntary morning runs and walks in the stunning and raw English nature.
All sessions will take place in a beautiful converted barn with a cosy fire place in the middle to set the scene right and accommodation is provided in traditional English cottages.
