Start your Sunday with intention and ease.
This 60-minute Slow Flow Yoga & Soundbath invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and find stillness through the soothing hum of sound.
What to Expect: We’ll flow through a 45-minute mindful, heart-centered slow flow — releasing tension, grounding into presence, and opening space for peace and renewal. Beginner friendly, breath to movement/body awareness, accessible, trauma-informed.
Followed by a 15-minute Soundbath savasana. The crystal singing bowls will carry you deeper into calm, leaving you refreshed and centered for the day ahead.
Come as you are. Leave feeling light, balanced, and renewed.
Bring: yoga mat, water, blanket & blocks (optional but recommended), message if need to borrow a mat. Cost: $20
