About this Event

Join us for an energizing and enriching morning at the second installation of The Wellness Social, a wellness experience featuring fitness classes and mindfulness sessions led by local experts and businesses, all in the comfort of the International Ballroom at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids.

Guests can choose to attend a 45-minute sessions, with three unique class options offered during each time slot, or a 30-minute mini session. From dance fitness, pilates, all-ages kids classes, yoga flows, strength training and more, there’s something for every level and interest including some of Grand Rapids' most premier and notable wellness partners.

After your workout, enjoy brunch bites and energizing beverages available for purchase, connect with local wellness vendors, and more... Find your space in wellness at The Wellness Social!



Class sessions offered at:
  • Session 1 | 9:00 – 9:45 AM
  • Session 2 | 10:00 – 10:45 AM
  • Session 3 | 11:00 – 11:45 AM

Class descriptions available in the agenda section including instructor information, partners, and age and experience level. At checkout, you’ll be able to select which class or session you would like to attend. All inclusive tickets do not need to select a class as all will be available to those guests.



Ticket Info:
  • 1 session – $15 (includes attendance to choice of session and free parking at the JW Marriott)
  • All inclusive sessions – $45 (includes access to 1 class in all 3 sessions , free parking at the JW Marriott, complimentary breakfast sandwich, and 20% off at Margaux after the event)



What to Bring:
  • Yoga mat (or rent one for $2 at the Seraphina Spa booth)
  • Reusable water bottle (refill stations available)



Brunch & Beverages Available for Purchase:
  • Hydration beverages including, juice, energy drinks, and house-blend coffee available for purchase
  • Breakfast options like custom grab & go sandwiches will be available for purchase or book your reservation at Margaux and all attendees receive a 20% discount card to be used on the day of the event



Parking:

Enjoy complimentary parking (up to 5 hours) in the JW Marriott ramp located on Campau with validation available at check-in.
