Build strength and stamina in this 90-minute Endurance Cycle class. Focus on strengthening your legs and core while improving your ability to ride longer distances with ease. Through steady endurance work, hill climbs, and cadence drills, you’ll develop power and stamina. Whether you’re preparing for the outdoor cycling season or simply looking to improve your fitness level, this class will maximize your indoor training and prepare you to hit the road stronger when spring arrives. The class includes an optional Functional Threshold Performance (FTP) test to measure your effort and track progress throughout the program. Northview High School
