Yoga and Sound Healing w Angie and Karen

Join us every Tuesday night in July for a night of total relaxation! Each class will focus on one or two of the seven major chakras, beginning with a gentle yoga session led by Angie (RYT200) and ending with a sound bath facilitated by Karen.
