About the Workshop
Join Bella Conti and Abby Bellistri for a morning of movement, breath, and sound as we come back to center together as a community.
This class is an invitation to release stagnant energy, reconnect with your body, and create space for deeper relaxation and restoration. We’ll begin by welcoming one another into the space, setting and sharing an intention for our practice.
From there, we’ll move through a grounding yet energizing Vinyasa flow, using mindful movement to build heat, create space in the body, and connect breath with movement.
As the practice unfolds, we’ll gradually slow down and transition into a deeply restful Yin practice, allowing the body and mind to soften while targeting the deeper connective tissues.
We’ll close with a soothing sound healing, followed by hands-on Savasana, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and fully restored.

Meet Your Hosts
Bella Conti
With a 200-hour yoga certification and a passion for connection, Bella is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find freedom through movement, sound, and breathwork.
Over the past few months, while living in Costa Rica, Bella has been deepening her yoga practice and expanding her knowledge of breathwork. She is excited to bring these experiences into the space and share what she has learned.
Bella has led sound healing sessions and facilitated contrast therapy experiences, always creating space for deep connection, community, and self-discovery.
Guided by the belief that healing begins when we drop out of the mind and into the body, Bella invites others to explore stillness, sensation, and authentic expression.
Abby Bellistri
Abby fell in love with yoga in her early twenties. While searching for balance in her own life, yoga became a way to ground herself and eventually a path back to a sense of peace she had forgotten was within her.
Her teaching style reflects what she loves most about the practice: mindful movement, intentional breath, and paying attention to how the body feels. Through her classes, Abby encourages students to slow down, reconnect with themselves, quiet the mind, and open the heart.
Abby is a RYT 200-certified yoga teacher, having completed her training at James Island Yoga. As both a humble student and proud teacher, she steps into each practice with a desire to continue learning while encouraging her students to do the same.
She believes that the lessons we learn on the mat are often the lessons we need to carry with us off the mat and into our daily lives.
