Join us for a serene evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing set in the breathtaking Japanese Garden at the Dubuque Arboretum. This special pay-what-you-can event is open to all and offers an opportunity to slow down, stretch deeply, and release stress while surrounded by nature’s beauty.
This gentle 75-minute class will include long-held Yin postures to open the body and quiet the mind, accompanied by healing sound vibrations to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this tranquil setting and supportive space will leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
