Join us for outdoor fall Yoga and Sound Healing at Grandview Park. Class will begin at 12:30 at Grandview Park by the flagpole.
This class is a beginner friendly vinyasa flow followed by a restorative sound bath.
This class is sliding scale suggested $10- $20 (pay what you can) via venmo or cash.
