Following the success of last years collaboration, Sally and I would like to invite you to join us once again for a nurturing morning of movement, sound, and stillness on Saturday 24th April 2026 at Swineshead Church Hall.🧘♀️We will begin at 10am with posture work, followed by meditation and a long yoga nidra led by Sally of Sukha Yoga, designed to energise, support, and ground you.
☕️There will be a refreshment break and opportunity to socialise at 11.30am, before settling down for a relaxing sound bath.
🥣At midday, Soundology With Tracey will immerse you into a calming sound bath featuring quartz crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion — inviting deep relaxation and inner peace.
