The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will accompany this all levels yoga class. Our lives can seem busy during the holiday season - between Thanksgiving and all the winter holidays things can feel hectic. This cande-lit class guides you into a peaceful and relaxed state, so that you can enter the season from a grounded and centered place.
