Ladies, join us for another wonderful evening of mindful movement, meditation and a full Sound Bath.
Jen will open the evening with a powerful practice to help you connect to yourself and set an intention for the evening.
Jess will guide you with kindness through a gentle Yoga practice suitable for all abilities.
Lucie take you through a relaxing soundscape and energy alignment, using soothing sounds from ancient gongs, singing bowls, drums and more.
We will close with Cacao and the opportunity to share and connect.
