An evening of Yoga, Sound healing and meditation.
we will start with a gentle session of yoga to awaken and allow the meridians of the body to flow, followed by a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound bath with Crystal bowls, chimes, tubular bells and drums.
Followed by a guided meditation to fill up our cups and help us flow through life with more compassion and gentleness for ourselves and others.
All welcome, any level of yoga expertise can join! 💞
