Yoga and Pottery Art Experience (Valentine's Day Edition)

WORKSHOP COST: $75

DURATION: 2 hours

INSTRUCTOR: Alina of Masterpeace Arts

TIME: 12:00AM - 2:00PM

INCLUDES: All art materials, one hour of yoga instruction, one hour of pottery instruction and a beautiful relaxing atmosphere to explore your creativity!

CLASS SIZE: 10 participants maximum

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

During the yoga portion Kim Quan of 'The Flow Body' will guide you and you will get a chance to:

- Focus on various poses and techniques for physical and mental well-being

- Explore mindfulness and relaxation through guided meditation

- Learn and practice breathing exercises to reduce stress and promote overall health

- Immerse yourself in a holistic wellness experience led by an experienced instructor

Following the yoga compnent you will transition to the pottery segement led by Alina Rubio from Masterpeace:

- Learning about the tools necessary for sculpting clay

- Exploring various hand building clay techniques

- Discussing what you would like to create (various visual examples will be presented) or if you have an idea feel free to show us your inspo picture and we can help create it.

-The instructor facilitating and guiding your creative journey

(We use a special air dry clay which does not requiring firing in the kiln which means you will be able to take the art work home with you same day)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

- LAST DAY FOR CLASS REGISTRATION IS 24 HOURS BEFORE EVENT DATE

-Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. We will have only a few extra's in the case you don't have one.

- The registration cost includes all art materials.

- Space is limited so sign up quickly!

- Workshop registrations are NONREFUNDABLE.
