Yoga and Picnic in Retiro

Hi everyone, my name is Andrea from @the.balance.times and I decided to create this event to share what makes me happy: yoga, nature and friends.

Have you been longing to meet new people that share your interests, values and lifestyles? Are you new in Madrid and feel like meeting new people?

On this Sunday morning, we will practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and we will have a picnic in which you will be able to meet and connect with people aligned with your lifestyle.🫶🏼

We will carry out a 75 min yoga class 🧘🏽‍♀️with meditation in English. After that we will share a lovely time chatting and getting to know each other.

You'll have to bring your mat and something handmade for the picnic. Something you could bring would be summer rolls, banana bread, guacamole, hummus or lemonade (these are some easy ideas for people to share but feel free to bring whatever you like as long as it's hand made). Something easy and healthy at the same time 🌱✨
