Join OAC staff and yoga instructor Mollie Flores for an evening of yoga and mindfulness practice at our beautiful Belle Isle Park. Yoga has been shown to not only benefit the body but also the mind, and the mental health benefits of time outside have been demonstrated time and time again. Our yoga session will be followed by a short walk that includes simple techniques for practicing mindfulness while outdoors. Note that this is an offsite program taking place at Belle Isle Park. Please park in the parking area along Woodside Drive, on the south side of the island. Signs will indicate exact meet-up location.
Preregistration required.
$10 per person.
A Recreation Passport is required to enter Belle Isle Park.
