Yoga (And Mat Pilates) in the Greenhouse

This 6-class series with 50 minute sessions is totally flexible: come to one class, or come to them all. Our certified instructors focus on mind, body, and soul, and they’ll offer plenty of modifications for every level.

Reconnect to your body with a clear and focused mind with an offering of modifications, breath awareness, and alignment instruction in a warm environment. Rain or shine, we have a beautiful open and plant-filled space to practice.

Beginners and experienced yogis and fitness gurus alike are invited to join us for a refreshing practice surrounded by lush plants and great community vibes.

Never tried mat pilates before? Mat pilates is a low-impact, core-focused workout that builds strength, stability, and flexibility using controlled, mindful movements on a mat. Why not have your first class be at a greenhouse???
