Yoga and Beer!

Are you ready to unwind, stretch, and enjoy a refreshing beverage? Look no further! Our monthly Yoga and Beer event is the perfect way to relax and have some fun. This is a gentle practice where you do you, whether that's in jeans on a chair or in a pretzel on the floor. We'll drink in the atmosphere (and beverages) while inviting our minds, bodies, and spirits to find their way together into the present moment. After the yoga session, sip on your favorite beverage and socialize with fellow yogis, creating connections and memories.

Burning Brothers Brewing has a wide selection of gluten free brews, sodas, and kombuchas for you to choose from, along with snacks, pizza, and games. Bring your family, friends, and favorite fiber art and make it an afternoon!

The event takes place monthly, usually on the second Sunday. So mark your calendars and get ready for an afternoon of relaxation and good vibes. The June session for 2024 is Sunday, June 9th from 2-3 pm at Burning Brothers Brewing (1750 Thomas Ave W, St. Paul).
Bring your own yoga mat if you'd like, and wear comfortable clothing. Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in and secure your spot. Tickets are $5 in advance or $10 cash at the door.
