Yoga and Ayurveda Workshop at Standard FIT

Come join visiting yogini Carrie Hoffman for an approachable introduction to Ayurveda, the Ancient Indian "science of life" and learn how a basic knowledge of Ayurvedic concepts can enhance your physical and mental wellness.
In this workshop, each person will get to discover their Ayurvedic "dosha" or mind-body type, and find out what that means! You'll learn how to best utilize food, exercise, meditation, routine, and herbs for optimal health and energy.
This workshop will include both movement and breath practices, lecture, and Q&A, so please wear clothes you can move in, and bring a notebook and pen if you are a note taker.
