Age: Ages 14 or older. Participant younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Depending on the weather, yoga may take place outside under a shelter or indoors in our Grand Hall. Please bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable hiking shoes.
The hike may take place on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain.
