Yoga: an intro for Teens and Adults with Neurodivergence
Join us for a beginner-friendly and introductory yoga class specially designed for teens and adults with neurodivergence, including those with ADHD, ADD & Autism. This in-person session offers a supportive and inclusive environment to explore yoga practices tailored to your unique needs.
When: First Friday of each month

November 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
December 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
$10 per person for each session or join us for all for $20!
Where: Creative Perspectives, 1010 S Main. St Mount Holly, NC 28120 (exit 26 off 85)
Who: Skylin from Jenny's Yoga in Gastonia will leading the class. In addition, Skylin works with youth with Autism to improve their classroom readiness and social skills.
