🌸Join us for Yoga Among the Wildflowers at Pitney Meadows Community Farm, beginning Saturday, May 24th. Classes are held in the High Tunnel every Saturday at 9:30am!

🍃Led by the inspiring Sara Martin, this all-level vinyasa class weaves together mindful movement, great music, and the natural beauty of the farm. Each session begins with a luxurious warm-up, moves into an energizing vinyasa flow, and winds down with cooling stretches and a deeply relaxing savasana. Classes often close with a brief guided visualization to help you carry a sense of bliss and inspiration into the rest of your day or to end your day beautifully.
✨Beginners are warmly welcomed and encouraged to join. Extra mats are available if needed. Come as you are, and experience the joy of practicing yoga surrounded by the colors and scents of the season!
